Application Period

We are accepting Grade 2 – Grade 4 admission applications from October 28, 2024 to November 15, 2024. An admission written test and interview will be arranged for eligible candidates when vacancies become available.

We will announce the list of students who will be invited for the written test through the online application system in late-November.

NOTE: As a through-train Primary to Secondary school, we do not provide internal examinations for the purpose of the Hong Kong Secondary School Places Allocation (SSPA) process.

For parents who would like to apply for Grade 2 – Grade 4 places for the academic year 2024-25 (Term 2), please complete the online application form through the link below and submit the required documents simultaneously.

2. Selection Procedures

The admission written test for Grades 2 to 4 includes papers in Chinese, English, and Mathematics. Each paper, which lasts approximately 30 to 40 minutes, will be administered on the same day. Details regarding the written test arrangements will be provided in the invitation letter sent through the online application system to shortlisted applicants.

3. Confirmation of Enrollment

Successful applicants will be notified via the online application system in Mid-December. Parents are required to complete registration by the due date to secure their child's place at the school.

4. Scholarship / Financial Assistance

Students in need, including those from families receiving Comprehensive Social Security Assistance and those benefiting from financial support provided by the Student Finance Office, may apply for school fee remission. Additionally, we encourage students with exceptional achievements in sports, music, performing arts, visual arts, service, leadership, or academic excellence to apply for our scholarship program.

Application forms and details regarding our Scholarship and Financial Assistance Schemes are available on our school website (http://www.hkbuas.edu.hk). Hard copies of the application forms and related information can also be obtained at our school office. If you wish to apply for your child, please submit the application form and any relevant documents on the day of registration.

1. All private data related to the Admission Process is handled in full compliance of all HK laws, ordinances, and EDB guidelines.
2. All the information submitted in the Application Form and other attachments will be used only for the admissions purposes. All admission data of unsuccessful candidates will be destroyed after the admission process is completed.
3. Documents submitted for the Admission Process will not be returned.
