Whole School

A distinguished group of educators from Japan visited A-School today to take a deep dive into how we design and implement Problem-based Learning (PBL) across the entire school, as well as how we seamlessly integrate Design Thinking into our hands-on PBL process.

The inspiring day kicked off with a vibrant school tour, showcasing our active learning spaces and campus life in action. Following the tour, our dedicated PBL Coordinators, Mr. Simon Cheung and Mr. Arvin Robles, gave a detailed presentation outlining the core philosophy behind P-Term and how it is successfully implemented across both our primary and secondary divisions.

One of the absolute highlights of the visit was when our student representatives took the stage. They confidently presented their award-winning PBL projects, demonstrating firsthand the creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills our students develop here.

To wrap up this insightful visit, Dr. Arfeen led a deeply meaningful and organic discussion with our guests, exploring modern educational trends and pedagogy. It was a truly wonderful exchange of ideas, and we hope to continue learning from and collaborating with our global educational partners in the future!
