Subject Highlights

English Language at HKBUAS is distinguished by a literature-rich junior curriculum that cultivates lifelong reading habits through novel studies. In the senior years, students follow flexible pathways that prepare them equally well for HKDSE success or international university entry. The subject places strong emphasis on authentic communication, cultural appreciation, and the integrated development of reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills, enriched through public speaking, debating, and drama.
