  1. Please bring the confirmation letter with the QR code.
  2. Each QR code is valid for a single entry only. Re-admission will not be allowed.
  3. Please arrive 20 minutes before your session.
  4. Due to copyright and privacy issues, voice recording/video-taking/photo-taking during the activity is prohibited.
  5. If people with reduced mobility need to use the lift, please contact our staff for assistance or any inquiry if necessary.
  6. Participants can bring along their jackets since the venue is air-conditioned.
  7. These two identical briefings are for K2/N3 parents only. Due to the overwhelming number of participants each year, an adult from each registered family can attend the briefing session, and the rest of the family members can visit the booths freely. *Families with younger children will be arranged to attend the briefing in Pan Weixiong Gymnasium and Prof. Frank Fu Hoo Kin Lecture Theatre to avoid interrupting the speakers.
  8. The admission briefing will be conducted in Cantonese.
  9. The admission briefing will be held in three venues simultaneously (two venues will be set with a live broadcast). Please follow our staff’s instructions to attend the briefing at the assigned venue. If the seats in the Grand Hall are full, participants will be arranged to participate in the live broadcast venue.
  10. From the latest CHP surveillance data, local influenza activity has increased significantly. Influenza can cause severe illnesses in high-risk individuals and even healthy persons. Therefore, to prevent the spread of the diseases, participants should check their body temperatures before leaving home. Compulsory body temperature screening will be conducted at the registry before entry. If the body temperature is found to be 38 °C or above, the participant will not be able to participate in the activity.
  11. According to the advice of the Department of Health, if participants encounter influenza-related symptoms or fever (oral temperature higher than 37.5℃, or ear temperature higher than 38℃), they must refrain from attending the activity but should consult a doctor promptly.
  12. The school car park is reserved for staff only.
  13. Due to the large number of applicants, please use public transportation as far as possible to avoid congestion. For the location of public parking, please refer to the map below (Photo 1). The school would like to appeal to parents to avoid parking illegally. To consider the safety of pedestrians and other road users, please do NOT stop or park your vehicle in a restricted area, as it will cause severe traffic problems.
