Extended Deadline for Grade 7 (Secondary 1) Online Application 

Due to this unprecedented demand, our online application platform experienced an unexpected technical disruption last night.

To ensure every interested family has a fair and complete opportunity to apply, we have taken the following measures:

1. The application deadline has been extended to tonight, 10 December 2025, at 24:00 (midnight).

2. The deadline to upload all required documents and complete the payment process is now extended to 12 December 2025 (Friday), at 24:00 (midnight).

We welcome students from all nationalities and backgrounds for Grade 7 (Secondary 1) Admission. For parents who are
interested in applying for our Grade 7 (Secondary 1) places for the academic year 2026-27, please complete the online
application form through the link below and submit the required documents simultaneously.

Required Documents

1. Applicant's recent photo
2. Applicant’s Birth Certificate/Identity Card/other documents of identity
3. Applicant’s school reports in the last three years (P4 & P5 all terms; P6 to be submitted upon attending Second Round of Interview)
4. Extra-curricular achievements (ECA) including supporting documents or other supplementary information
5. Primary 6 Student Record Form (if available)
6. Proof of our school alumni or HKBU alumni or current staff (applicable to parents and siblings)
7. A non-refundable application fee of HK$75.

*In case of any unpredictable circumstances that may affect the Grade 7 Admission Application Schedule, the school will inform parents through the registered email.

Interview Content:

There will be individual interview in the First Round of interview on January 10, 2026.  (No written tests are given to applicants.)

Admission Criteria & Weighting:

Eligible applicants will be invited for the Second Round of Interview on February 28, 2026. This interview focuses more on the language skills in English and Chinese, communication skills, student’s character strengths and potential, collaboration with peers, parental support and views on education, etc.

NOTE: 

• Our Grade 6 students will be directly promoted to Grade 7 (Secondary 1) upon meeting the promotion criteria, while the remaining places will be open for public application.
• Maximum 15% of Grade 7 (Secondary 1) places for public application can be offered to applicants living in the Shatin district (according to the home address). There is no limit for students from other districts.
