Moral and Civic Education

Moral and Civic Education

The primary objectives of Moral and Civic Education are to help students develop positive goals for different stages of life, foster explicit aspirations, instill a sense of responsibility, promote a respectful attitude towards others, and cultivate positive values, character traits, and manners. Through Moral and Civic Education, students acquire the ability to differentiate between right and wrong, engage in objective analysis and reasonable judgment, and apply their knowledge in practical ways to contribute to their families, communities, and even the nation.

National Education

Our school endeavours to deepen students' understanding of our country's history, culture, and national conditions. Through education on the Constitution and Basic Law, as well as lessons on the national flag, national emblem, national anthem, and national security, we engage students in various learning activities both inside and outside the classroom. The aim is to enhance their sense of identity and belonging to the nation, foster the development of national consciousness, instill a love for Hong Kong, nurture an international perspective, and foster a sense of social responsibility. We strive to cultivate a new generation with strong ties to their country and a commitment to society.

Mainland Affairs

Our school actively promotes educational exchanges and cooperation with Mainland China. By establishing close partnerships with sister schools in Mainland China, we aim to collectively enhance the quality of education in both regions. This initiative also provides students with the opportunity to form strong friendships with peers from different areas, thereby deepening their understanding of Chinese culture, national development, and achievements.
