The 12th Athletic Meet – Primary Section

The 12th Athletic Meet was successfully held at the Ma On Shan Sports Ground on January 25, 2019. Students took park in the running, jumping and throwing events in order to challenge themselves and others in the track and field. They strived the best in the competitions and accumulated points for their Houses. Remarkably 19 new school records were broken by students this year. During the game, students showed sportsmanship to respect the opposing players when competing. After rounds of fierce competitions, House Faith crowned the Overall Champion for the 4th time. We were so honored to have Mr. Tang Hon Sing, the Former Hong Kong Record Holder of Men's 110 meters hurdles and 400 meters hurdles, to attend the Closing Ceremony and presented prizes to the winners. This year, more than 400 parents involved in the Athletic Meet as helpers, athletes or witnesses. A vote of thanks goes to the parents for their continuous support. The Athletic Meet wouldn’t be a big success without their help.
