English Week: From “Let It Go!” to “Please Don’t Let Me Go”

News date

Our Grade Ones to Grade Sixes got English Week on the road by chanting “Let It Go!” together at the Karaoke Booth at lunch recess at the atrium, catching everyone by surprise. Meanwhile, the glamorous learning journey continued as everyone was posing at the Bash Photo Booth and immersing themselves in games like Scrambled Sentences, Hot Seat, Draw Something, and 4 Pics 1 Word. The more sporty learners even went Phonics Fishing and opted for Bean Bag Toss to spot mistakes in sentences.

Our English exploration was not just confined to the ground floor but rather extended into each of the classrooms where our keen little scholars had exhilarating grade activities ranging from Riddles, Robert Munsch Kahoot, Spelling Bee, Tongue Twisters, and Board Games to T-shirt Design Competitions.

The ending tagline we would all love to hear as our English Week came to a close was “Please don’t let me go”.
