A Visit to Tao Fong Shan Christian Centre by Christian Disciples

Christian Disciples had the opportunity to explore Tao Fong Shan Christian Centre during our last meeting of the year on 30th June.

It started off with the Garden of Angels which taught us a life lesson as to how we cherish all we have and the meaning of life.

The Christ Temple and its unique religious representation told us not only about Chinese history, culture and architecture but also reiterated the founder’s firm belief in preaching the Gospel to everyone.

We turned the Lotus Crypt into a mini concert hall where we enjoyed our own impromptu hymn singing performance. Even tiny creatures from nature stopped by to show appreciation.

The guided tour came to an end with a visit to the Art Gallery showcasing art pieces inspired by various Bible stories.

The value of the 2-hour trip can never be measured by its length. Rather, it helps deepen our faith and connection with God and find our sense of purpose.
