Winning the Japanese Speech Contest Two Years in a Row

News date

Huge congratulations to five of our Grade 8 students – KWAN Tsz Kiu, CHOI Chi Yan, CHONG Hiu Nam, LAM Yuen Ting and LAU Sze Pui, who have won the Champion in the 18th Hong Kong Primary and Secondary School Students Japanese Speech and Verse Speaking Contest (Category: Japanese Story Telling Contest for Secondary School Students). They presented a Japanese folk tale "Omusubi Kororin (おむすびころりん)" with accurate pronunciation, expressions and great confidence, which stood out and impressed the judges.

What is even more exciting is that it marks the second consecutive year that our students have won the prize in the category, taking down a number of formidable opponents. This victory is truly encouraging and we are proud of our students for their hard work and talents!
