G11 GCE Programme Admission (for School Year 2024-2025)

We now accept Grade 11 (GCE Programme) admission applications. Please complete the application form and submit the required documents through the online application system.

 

Required Documents

  1. Applicant's recent photo
  2. Applicant’s Birth Certificate/Identity Card/other documents of identity
  3. Applicant’s school reports in the last three years
  4. A maximum of four single-sided A4 pages of extra-curricular achievements (ECA) including supporting documents or other supplementary information
  5. Proof of our school alumni or HKBU alumni or current staff (applicable to parents and siblings)
  6. A non-refundable application fee of HK$75. No refund will be made once the application has been processed.

2. Written test

  • All applicants will be invited to sit for a written test.
  • Applicants should bring their HKID card, stationery and an HKEAA approved calculator for the assessment.
  • Rescheduling of the written test will not be entertained. Applicants need to reserve time for the written test.
  • Applicants who are invited to attend a written test are required to pay a non-refundable application fee of HK$75 (for each application) through the online application system, regardless of whether they are offered an interview or school place.
3. Interview

  • The interview is applicable to eligible applicants only (NOT all applicants attending the written test will be invited to the interview).
  • Rescheduling of the interview would not be entertained. Applicants need to reserve time for the interview.
4. Announcement of application result

2. Scholarship / Financial Assistance

Needy students, including those from families receiving Comprehensive Social Security Assistance and those receiving financial assistance provided by the Student Finance Office, could apply and be eligible for school fee remission. Besides, we welcome students who have noteworthy performance in sports, music, performing arts, visual arts, services, leadership or academic excellence to apply for our scholarship. The application forms and details of our Scholarship and Financial Assistance Schemes can be found on our school website (http://www.hkbuas.edu.hk). Hard copies of application forms and related information are also available at our school office. If you would like to apply for your child, please submit the application form and other related documents on the day of registration.

Data Privacy

  1. All private data collected in the admission process will be handled in full compliance with all related HK laws, ordinances, and EDB guidelines.
  2. All the data submitted in the Application Form and other attachments will be used only for admission purposes. All the admission data of unsuccessful candidates will be destroyed after the admission process is completed.
  3. Documents submitted will not be returned.
