2027-2028年度小一入學簡介會暨學校開放日須知

Please read the following remarks before logging in to the registration page. You will be required to confirm your agreement to these remarks in order to complete the registration process.
 請於登入登記頁面前細閱以下備註。您需要確認接納這些備註，方可完成報名程序。

A. Admission & Ticket Rules 入場及門票規則

1. Session content & duplicate registration 場次內容及重複登記
   The content of both the 1st and 2nd sessions is identical. Parents must not register for both sessions. Duplicate registrations may result in the cancellation of all successful registrations.
   第一場及第二場的內容相同，家長請勿同時登記兩場。重複登記可能導致所有成功登記被取消。
2. Seating arrangement for the briefing 簡介會座位安排
   Seats in the school's Grand Hall will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the Hall is full, parents will listen to the live briefing via Zoom in another venue.
   學校禮堂名額有限，先到先得。禮堂額滿後，家長將於另一場地透過Zoom即時收聽簡介會。
3. Ticket validity & entry 門票有效期及入場安排
   Each ticket admits one family (up to 3 members). Please present either a printed or digital copy of your successful registration email (with QR code) for entry.
   每張門票可供一個家庭（最多3位家庭成員）入場。請出示你收到的成功登記電郵（內含二維碼）之列印本或電子副本以供查驗。
4. No commercial use or resale of tickets 門票不得作商業用途或轉售
   All admission tickets must not be used for commercial purposes or resold. Parents should not obtain tickets from, or pay money to, any unauthorized third party, as the school has not authorized any external parties to distribute tickets. All tickets are free of charge and issued by the school. The school will not be responsible for tickets obtained through unauthorized channels.
   所有入場門票不得用作商業用途或轉售。家長請勿從任何未經授權的第三方獲取門票或向其付款，因為本校並未授權任何外部人士派發門票。所有門票均為免費，並由本校發出。本校對經由未經授權渠道獲得的門票恕不承擔任何責任。

B. Participant Conduct & Safety 參加者行為及安全

1. Target audience for the briefing 簡介會對象
   The Admission Briefing is intended for parents. Each family will receive one ticket for the briefing session, which lasts for 1.5 hours.
   小一入學簡介會主要為家長而設。每個家庭將獲發一張簡介會門票，簡介會時長為1.5小時。
2. Child supervision 兒童看管
   The school does not provide childcare services. To ensure your child's safety, parents must supervise their own children at all times. Parents with young children will attend the briefing via live Zoom broadcast in a separate venue.
   本校不提供托兒服務。為確保 貴子弟的安全，家長必須時刻自行看管子女。攜同幼童的家長將於另一場地透過Zoom即時收看簡介會直播。
3. Alternative activity option 其他活動選擇
   Parents and their children may choose not to attend the briefing but instead enjoy the Open House and visit the various open school venues.
   家長及子女亦可選擇不參加簡介會，改為參與開放日活動及參觀各開放的校園場地。
4. Photography & recording 攝影及錄音錄影
   Please refrain from recording, filming, or taking photos during the briefing to respect the speaker's rights and participants' privacy. In addition, please do not take photos of our students to protect their privacy.
   簡介會進行期間請勿錄音、錄影或拍照，以尊重講者權益及參加者私隱。此外，請勿拍攝本校學生，以保障他們的私隱。
5. Safety instructions 安全指引
   All participants must follow the safety instructions given by our security personnel and must not engage in any behaviour that may harm themselves or others, in order to ensure a positive Open House experience.
   所有參加者必須遵守本校保安人員的安全指引，且不得作出任何可能傷害自己或他人的行為，以確保開放日體驗順利愉快。

C. Logistics & Arrangements 物流與安排

1. Arrival time and arrangements for latecomers 抵達時間及遲到安排
   Please arrive 15 minutes before the briefing session starts. Latecomers may not be admitted to the briefing session in the Grand Hall and will only be seated in a designated area.
   請於簡介會開始前15分鐘抵達。遲到者可能無法進入禮堂參與簡介會，只會安排入座指定區域。
2. Parking facilities 泊車設施
   No parking facilities will be available. Please use public transport.
   本校不提供泊車設施，請乘搭公共交通工具前往。
3. Language 語言
   The briefing will be conducted mainly in Cantonese. No simultaneous interpretation will be provided. However, the school tour and information booths will be conducted in English, Putonghua, and Cantonese.
   簡介會將主要以粵語進行，不設即時傳譯。但校園導賞及資訊攤位將以英語、普通話及粵語進行。
4. Weather arrangement 天氣安排
   If Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is hoisted, or a Black Rainstorm Warning or “Extreme Conditions” remains in force at 7:30 a.m. on 6 June 2026 (Saturday), or if the Education Bureau announces suspension of classes for primary schools for the whole day, both sessions will be cancelled. Please check our school website for rescheduling announcements. For lower adverse weather signals, parents should use their own discretion to decide whether to attend the briefing and should take extra care to avoid bringing young children along. The school will announce alternative arrangements on its website and social media platforms in case of bad weather.
   若八號或以上熱帶氣旋警告信號、黑色暴雨警告信號或「極端情況」於2026年6月6日（星期六）上午 07:30 仍然生效，或教育局宣布當日小學全日停課，兩個場次均會取消。請留意本校網站有關延期安排之公告。如遇較低級別之惡劣天氣信號，家長請自行決定是否出席簡介會，並務必格外小心，避免攜同幼童出席。如遇惡劣天氣，本校將於學校網站及社交媒體平台公佈相應的替代安排。

D. General 一般事項

1. Assistance & breastfeeding room 協助及母乳餵哺室
   The school provides a breastfeeding room for mothers. Please approach our staff for information. For other assistance, please do not hesitate to contact the school in advance for better arrangements.
   本校設有母乳餵哺室供母親使用，詳情請向本校職員查詢。如需其他協助，請提前聯絡本校，以便我們作出更佳安排。
2. Final decision 最終決定權
   The school reserves the right to make all final decisions regarding Open House matters.
   本校就開放日相關事宜保留所有最終決定權。
